Brian Lichtlin

CEO

Brian Lichtlin currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of PRO Certified Healthcare, Inc and brings more than 20 years of experience in healthcare technology, developing and marketing cloud-based technologies for value-based care organizations. Brian was Chief Technology Officer of Synzi, LLC, a virtual care platform company serving the home health and transitional care markets helping providers and health systems prevent patient readmission. Brian was Chief Executive Officer of Advalent, Inc, a payer administrative platform company focused on payers transitioning from fee-for-service to fee-for-value, with emphasis on risk and quality programs. Prior to Advalent, Brian was Chief Technology Officer of MDLIVE, Inc, one of the largest telemedicine companies serving more than 32 million lives across payers, self-insured employers and health systems. Brian started his career in healthcare by founding MedAppz, an  electronic health record and practice management software company that was acquired by Sage Healthcare (now Greenway Health) in 2011.

Greg Horner

Chief MEdical Officer

Gregory Horner, MD (Medical Director) is a serial entrepreneur and investor, focused on catalyzing Healthcare’s biggest changes: automation and migration of care to lower acuity settings. Greg is an avid startup investor and member of the board of Sand Hill Angels. He is a former board member of the Ambulatory Surgery Center Association (ASCA) and California Surgery Center Association (CASA). Greg is currently the chairman of the outpatient surgery industry’s national political action committee, ASCAPAC. Greg is a sought-after national speaker and a regular contributor to industry trade journals such as Becker’s ASC Review.  Dr.  Horner has served as chief executive officer and founder of HealthPoint Surgery Center Management, LLC.  He has developed ambulatory surgery facilities nationwide, valued nearly $100M. Dr. Horner was named person to watch in the Surgery Center space in 2013 by Becker’s ASC  review. Dr. Horner has a Bachelors of Science in Engineering from Northwestern University and a Medical Doctorate from the Johns Hopkins University School of  Medicine.

Jason Casten

President

Jason is responsible for the financial and operational leadership of PRO Certified.  Jason brings over 25 years of experience in leadership roles driving growth in the healthcare technology sector, having overseen the growth of two separate tech-enabled healthcare services companies from start-up to $100+ million of revenue.  Throughout his career, he has served a variety of operational and financial roles, has executed over 20 acquisitions, and raised hundreds of millions of dollars of growth capital for operating companies, resulting in several successful exits. 

Jason previously served as CFO and SVP, Corporate Development, for MDLIVE, a leading telehealth provider acquired by Cigna in 2021. During his tenure, MDLIVE grew to over 27 million covered lives. Prior to joining MDLIVE, Jason served as SVP, Corporate Development for Watermark Medical Holdings, a leading sleep diagnostics and therapy company. Previous experience includes serving as Vice President for a Miami-based private equity fund and advising Fortune 100 clients and leading private equity funds as a member of the PwC Transaction Services team in New York City. 

Jason began his career as a member of the KPMG Healthcare Consulting practice. He received his MBA and Bachelor of Science in Accounting (with honors) from the University of Florida and resides in Boca Raton, FL with his wife and two daughters.  

Tracy Porter

Tracy Porter is a scholar student-athlete who graduated from Louisiana State University with a degree in Finance. He made the All-SEC Academic All Conference team as a wide receiver while at LSU. Upon graduation, Tracy was drafted by the Detrioit Lions and played there three years before being traded to the Indianapolis Colts. At the conclusion of his five-year career, Tracy went to work for Johnson & Johnson and spent fourteen years in the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device and Diagnostic divisions. 
 
Tracy gained experience in Sales, Sales Management and Marketing while working for J&J. Tracy has been appointed or elected to leadership roles at every point in his career. Today, he’s the elected Chariman of the Board of the NFL Alumni Association, which consists of 25,000 former NFL Players and Coaches. He was also selected as a Charter member of the 15 members of the NCAA Independent Resolutions Panel. Tracy is an experienced Board member with Health Care, College and Professional Sports background.
